1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReSTNSX Customer Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Portal. These Terms apply to all users accessing the Portal on behalf of a company or organization that has a commercial relationship with ReSTNSX ("Customer").

2. Access and Accounts

Access to the Portal is granted to authorized representatives of Customers with active ReSTNSX product agreements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify ReSTNSX immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of your account.

ReSTNSX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are violated or if your organization's product agreement is no longer active.

3. Portal Services

The Portal provides access to:

- License keys and entitlements associated with your organization's ReSTNSX product subscriptions

- Product release packages and associated documentation

- Account and profile management

Access to specific features is determined by your organization's active licenses and the permissions assigned to your account.

4. License Keys and Software

License keys made available through the Portal are issued under the terms of the applicable End User License Agreement ("EULA") or software subscription agreement between your organization and ReSTNSX. These Terms do not grant any additional software license rights. License keys are confidential and may not be shared, transferred, or used outside the scope of your organization's agreement with ReSTNSX.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Share Portal credentials with unauthorized individuals

- Attempt to access areas of the Portal beyond your authorized permissions

- Use the Portal to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from any ReSTNSX product

- Interfere with or disrupt the Portal's infrastructure or security mechanisms

- Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, documentation, and materials available through the Portal are the property of ReSTNSX or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

7. Availability

ReSTNSX will make reasonable efforts to keep the Portal available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Portal may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond ReSTNSX's reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReSTNSX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to access the Portal. ReSTNSX's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Portal shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

ReSTNSX collects and processes account information necessary to provide Portal access. This information is handled in accordance with ReSTNSX's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Modifications

ReSTNSX may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavor to notify registered users of material changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReSTNSX is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
